Putting your learners needs first
Ensuring that the learning provision meets the needs of disabled people in the community is central to our ethos. There is a diverse range of needs within learning disabilities alone, from autism to complex needs. It is essential that the community can asses that diversity in order to tailor the provision appropriately.
Care First has developed extensive knowledge with the Midlands area of that diverse need and can apply the same techniques in assessing the needs in any community.
