We are only as good as our people.
Care First recognises that it is only as good as its people. We therefore recruit and retain high quality individuals who have the same values and commitment towards the learners as we do. Whilst many of the people within our team have qualifications, they cannot do their job successfully without the other experienced individuals that have joined us over the years. We look to develop all of our staff so that progression happens from within the company wherever possible. We are extremely grateful to have an extremely loyal and dedicated team of tutors, assistants and administrators. |

| Our tutors and classroom assistants |
| Many of our tutors and classroom assistants have been with us since we started in 1996. Some have left to pursue new careers after having gained significant skills and experience and others to start a family. Wherever possible we try to create job opportunities that fit in with family life and this has enabled many of our staff to re-enter the job market. Our teaching staff have a wide variety of skills, qualifications and experience and many have particular specialisms in vocational areas such as horticulture, IT or craft . What's more, all of our staff are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau and have references taken up in order to ensure that they are fit to work with our learners. |
